Lift Hard Skin with Lemon! – Cut a lemon in half and rub on problem areas such as ankles or knees. The citric acids help smooth rough patches and it smells zingy and fresh too! If you have time rest each elbow in the halved lemon to really soften them up!
Soothe Sunburn with Yoghurt! – It’s that time of year where we are catching the sun without realising it. As yoghurt contains high levels of zinc it has an amazing cooling effect and so its great for sunburn, rashes or irritated skin. Greek yoghurt is the best and it contains the most appropriate fats!
Blast Cellulite with Coffee! – Mix your left over coffee grounds with a glug of olive oil or some coconut oil and some sugar and this is the perfect cellulite scrub! Apply to stubborn bumpy bits and massage your skin in a vigorous circular motion. The caffeine helps boost circulation and remove toxins.

Feed Your Skin with Avocado! – Avocado makes the best moisturising mask! Mash it and mix it up with a teaspoon of honey and high fat yoghurt before spreading thickly onto your skin. Leave for 10-15 mins and then remove with a warm wash cloth to reveal a plumped up, radiant complexion!
